Originally from Florida, Scott started his real estate career in Orlando—one of the fastest moving markets in the country. He entered the market at an exciting time, when the housing market was on the upswing in 2003. During this time he was continually ranked one of the top real estate agents for his brokerage, as well as ranking in the top ten percent in Orlando. Having navigated shifting markets, he learned to be adaptive and responsive, and honed his negotiation skills through training as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), making him a skilled advocate for his clients.

Scott specializes in residential real estate, expertly navigating his clients through the process to help them find their ideal investment or dream home. His educational background in psychology and business enables him to look at each real estate transaction from a pragmatic point of view. Scott understands that buying or selling a home can be an emotional time in his client’s lives, always striving to provide his clients with a stress-free transaction. Scott prides himself on his desire to continually expand his expertise of the industry in order to offer his clients up-to-date market knowledge. Scott lives in Lakeview East with his husband where he takes advantage of the park, bike riding and walking his dogs along the lakeshore. When not in town, he spends time with family in a small suburban farm town, gardening, and landscaping.
